Catamaran FRØY STORM
15m SERVICE CATAMARAN for fish farm servicing.
This catamaran was built and fully design by POLTRAMP YARD ( PY 159–B )
Catamaran was delivered on the 20.04.2018 to Frøy Akvaservice AS, one of biggest servicing companies for fish farming in Norway. It was built according to new NMA rules including towing operations.
It is outfitted with:
- Two Palfinger type cranes ( 65 and 32 Tm )
- 40T winch ( MHB I VA-40 )
- Shark jaws and guiding pins
- Two 10T capstans
- 2 x Nogva Scania Di 13 450
- 2x bow thrusters 100 hp SMSH 1000
- CPP propeller
- Aft towing roller
- Semi-automatic ballast system
- High power and capacity hydraulic system
- Bollard Pull is 5T
- Service speed 9 knots
High ship standard of interiors which are design for 6 person, hull is fully metalized, deck house and wheelhouse made in aluminium.
